Items that are customized, used, or marked as final sale/clearance cannot be returned.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos as proof before processing a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
